Meet the Founder
Jay Lester Ivey
Jay is a native Floridian and a fourth-generation citrus grower. Farming and ranching have shaped his whole life — the seasons, the work, the patience it takes to grow something well.
Along the way he became passionate about natural living: what goes into our food, our homes, and our daily routines. That curiosity turned into study, then into conversation, and eventually into an educational library and a community of people asking the same questions.
Jay focuses on physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, and he believes in generosity, teamwork and the simple power of people helping people. Heaven On Earth Farms is where all of that comes together.
